Purposes and basics of processing

for marketing purposes based on your consent (the basis of art.6 para. 1 lit.a RODO);

to conclude a contract based on your interest in our offer (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);

in order to perform and on the basis of a contract concluded with us, (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);

for archival (evidentiary) purposes to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

in order to possibly determine, investigate or defend against claims, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);

in order to examine customer satisfaction and determine the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

in order to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including matching them to your needs with the help of profiling (which we explain further), which is our legitimate interest (basis from Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f RODO);

in order to offer you directly (direct marketing) products and services of companies cooperating with us (our partners), e.g. in the form of discount coupons, including matching them to your needs with the help of profiling (which we explain further), what is ours and ours partners with a legitimate interest (basis from Article 6 paragraph f of the GDPR), to the extent specified by us and a documented analysis of a legitimate interest;

  1. Data recipients

We may share your personal data with the following categories of entities:

 

subcontractors, i.e. entities providing services on our behalf, provided that the tasks ordered will require the processing of your personal data. These are e.g. entities providing forwarding, courier, IT, accounting and other services.

Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations

We do not transfer your data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area.

 

VII. Data storage period

 

We store your data obtained for the conclusion of the contract for the duration of the contract negotiation and until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you last contacted us regarding its conclusion.

We process your data obtained in connection with the conclusion of the contract until the end of the limitation period for potential claims from the contract.

Your data obtained in connection with the recruitment process will be deleted at the end of the recruitment process, unless you have given your voluntary consent to their processing in subsequent recruitment processes.

We store your basic contact details for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose, you withdraw your consent if we processed them on the basis of so-called marketing consent, or we will determine that they have become outdated.

 

VIII. Your rights:

 

You are entitled to:

 

  1. a) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
  2. b) the right to rectify (amend) your data;
  3. c) the right to delete data;
  4. d) restrictions on data processing;

You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to their storage or performance of activities agreed with you, if you believe we have incorrect data about you or we process them unreasonably; or you do not want us to remove them because you need them to determine, pursue or defend claims; or for the duration of your objection to data processing.

 

  1. e) the right to object to data processing;

“Marketing” opposition. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you exercise this right – we will stop processing data for this purpose.

 

Opposition due to the special situation. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing, as well as when the processing is necessary for us to perform a task carried out in the public interest or to exercise the public authority entrusted to us. You should then indicate to us your particular situation that you believe justifies our cessation of the objection processing. We will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we prove that the grounds for us to process your data prevail over your rights or that your data is necessary for us to determine, assert or defend claims.

 

  1. f) right to data portability;

You have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format (eg. “.Csv” format) personal data about you that you provided to us under a contract or your consent. You can also send us the data directly to another entity.

 

  1. g) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

If you think that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority.

 

  1. h) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data that we process based on your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

We usually obtain personal data from persons who have provided it directly to us. However, this is not the only source, hence we would like to inform you that we also obtain them on the basis of documents provided to us, on the basis of publicly available documents, shared data from websites, cookies, and public registers.
